1. INCLUXA Trademarks

INCLUXA™ — Official Logo

Flowing IX Ribbon mark (an indigo and aqua ribbon “ix”) with the “incluxa” wordmark.

The following are INCLUXA trademarks owned by Angstroma, Inc.:

• INCLUXA — word mark (™)
• INCLUXA logo — the Flowing IX Ribbon mark and “incluxa” wordmark shown above
• incluxa.com — domain name and associated brand

These marks are protected under United States trademark law. The ™ symbol indicates claimed (unregistered) trademark rights; no registration has been filed yet. Unauthorized use of any INCLUXA mark — including copying, reproducing, altering, or distributing the logo — is not permitted and may result in legal action.

2. Permitted Uses

• Factual reference — "Our website uses INCLUXA for accessibility" or "Powered by INCLUXA"
• Reviews and commentary — Writing honest reviews, blog posts, or editorial content about INCLUXA
• Academic and journalistic use — Referring to INCLUXA in research, news articles, or educational content
• Comparison — Comparing INCLUXA to competitors in an accurate, truthful manner
• Integration disclosure — Disclosing to your users that you use INCLUXA on your website

When using our name factually: use "INCLUXA" as an adjective followed by the product name where possible (e.g., "INCLUXA accessibility widget"), not as a verb or noun representing the product category.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Using "INCLUXA" or any confusingly similar name as part of your own company name, product name, or domain name
• Using the INCLUXA logo or design marks without written permission
• Modifying or altering the INCLUXA logo (changing colors, proportions, or adding text)
• Implying affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship by INCLUXA without our written consent
• Registering "incluxa" or variations as a username, domain, or social media handle in a way that could cause confusion
• Using INCLUXA marks in any way that is false, misleading, or disparaging
• Using INCLUXA marks in connection with illegal activity

4. Resellers and Partners

If you are an authorized INCLUXA reseller or integration partner, your reseller or partner agreement governs your use of INCLUXA marks. In general:

• You may use the INCLUXA name and logo in marketing materials as described in your agreement
• You must use the most current versions of brand assets provided by INCLUXA
• Your materials must include the required attribution notice
• You must not use the INCLUXA name or logo in any way that implies you are INCLUXA

5. "Powered by INCLUXA" Attribution

If you use the INCLUXA accessibility widget on your website, you may display a "Powered by INCLUXA" attribution. This is not required but is appreciated.

If you display such attribution, use the unmodified text "Powered by INCLUXA" and link to incluxa.com. Do not modify the text or combine it with other marks in a way that misrepresents the relationship.

6. Reporting Trademark Violations

If you believe someone is misusing INCLUXA trademarks — particularly in a way that could confuse customers or damage our reputation — please let us know.
